"Driver was okay, not gonna lie"
Not gonna lie, the driver showed up on time and the ride itself was fine, but he didn’t come across as very friendly. He seemed a little rude, so the experience was just okay overall.

"Good service, shockingly no chaos"
I’ve used Deer Park Delivery a few times now, and somehow, against all odds, it’s been smooth every time. Ordering was easy, and my stuff actually showed up when they said it would, which apparently feels like a luxury these days.

The driver was friendly, nothing was missing, and there were no mysterious “delivery adventures” to deal with. Not much drama to report, sadly. Just a service doing what it’s supposed to do, and I’m perfectly happy with that.

"Scheduling works, but could be better"
I’ve used deerparkdelivery.com a few times now, and overall my experience with the delivery scheduling has been decent, though not exactly seamless.

They do provide a few time options, which I appreciate, but I wasn’t always able to get the slot that worked best for me. One time, the delivery window was wide enough that I had to adjust my plans a bit, which was mildly frustrating.
That said, the service itself isn’t bad. I just think the scheduling system would be much better if customers could choose a more specific time. For now, I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Canceling was fine in the end, but..."
Canceling was fine in the end, but I definitely wouldn’t call it super smooth. I had to click around for a while just to figure out where I was supposed to go, which felt kind of annoying for something that should be simple?!

Support did take care of it eventually, and I got the confirmation, so it wasn’t a big problem overall. I just wish the cancellation steps were clearer and easier to find.

My delivery was alright, but I wouldn’t exactly call it reliable. The order got to me about 25 minutes late, and it kind of felt like someone wasn’t really keeping an eye on the timing. To be fair, the driver did call once he was nearby, and the food was still warm enough to eat. I’d maybe use them again, but I’d definitely hope they get better at sticking to the delivery window.

I’ve been getting Deer Park delivery for a little while now, and managing the subscription has been simple. If I need to skip a delivery or change my order a bit, I can just do it online without calling anyone, which is nice. Billing has been fine too, at least as far as I can tell. Nothing really complicated, it just kind of works for me

"Pickup was fine, just a bit late"
They did pick up my empty bottles, so that part was okay. I guess I just expected them earlier—well, they showed up later than I thought they would. Not the worst thing, but it was a little annoying.

I had a good experience using the site. It was easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I’ve been using Deer Park Delivery for a while now, and it’s been a easy experience overall. The bottles always arrive clean and in good shape, and the dispenser has been working really well. It feels sturdy, the water comes out nice and cold, and I haven’t had any issues with leaks or anything weird so far. Setup was simple, and it basically does exactly what I need it to do. Personally, I’m happy with it and would stick with this service
